Betaine anhydrous is the trimethyl derivative of the amino acid glycine. It is known as a kind of nutritional additive of efficiency, high-quality and economic advantage. Betaine is widely used in swine, poultry and aquatic feed with following effect:

  • Methyl group donor, spare methionine.
  • Anti-stress effect.
  • Feeding stimulant in aquaculture.
  • Regulating lipid metabolism, prevent the abnormal accumulation in liver and kidney.
  • Improve animal performance and carcass quality.

RECOMMENDATIONS DOSAGE IN FINISHED FEED:

  • For broiler and layer: 0.35 -1.0kg/ton
  • For turkey: 1-2kg/ton
  • For salmonids and other fish species: 1-2kg/ton
  • For shrimp: 1-2kg/ton

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE:

  • 24 months from date of manufacture in original unopened packaging stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
